| You are cordially invited to attend the Microsoft GCR CIO Summit, to be held April 15-16, 2008 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Shanghai, China. This is our flagship event for the most influential CIOs, and we have been putting considerable thought and energy into developing a high-value experience. |

| This Summit will be joined by our senior leadership team, including Microsoft Corporate Vice President of Worldwide Field IT Mr. Walter Puschner and Microsoft China Chairman Ya-Qin Zhang. Mr. Zhang will give a speech on "Driving Innovation and Growth" while Mr. Puschner will share his thoughts on "Towards a New Era of CIO Leadership and IT Value" and his experience on IT solutions in Microsoft. The Summit also includes a number of speakers who excel at identifying new opportunities and challenging old ways of thinking, including IDC Asia Pacific Managing Director Eva Au, who will focus on the Changing Role of CIOs, Dynamic IT and how IT helps business. |

| Round table discussions on industry solutions will be held in the afternoon of April 15, divided in different breakout sessions, each dedicated to one area:Finance, Manufacturing, Communication, Public sector, and logistic. Those open discussions will be hosted and facilitated by top IT consultants from IDC who are experts in those sectors. |

| On top of that, we are pleased to offer an optional executive retreat for those interested in continuing the exchange of ideas. The retreat will include several activities such as Golf, Microsoft Shanghai R&D Center and Shanghai city tour, Wuzhen tour. |
